    I hadn't thought of that Norm, but I think you may well have hit the nail exactly on the head. This way they can "recycle" the "waitresses" at will and always appear to have the youngest and best, without age every entering into the picture.

    Still a pathetic idea, if in fact this is the "behind the scenes" thought process that generated this decision. I haven't been to Rio in quite some time, so I can't give an opinion of the waitresses currently employed...musth've sent a shock wave through the entire staff!

    if the girls have been working since day one and they havent saved enough money to retire-thats their fault.who wants to waitress at a casino for 30 yars anyway.its a crappy job.the money is good but it gets old like any job.

    I was there last month and they were nothing to write home about. Could be I was on an off-day - or have different tastes.

    Firing the entire staff sounds pretty crude no matter what the curcumstance.

    Nude shows and simulated or real sex acts are prohibited in Atlantic City casinos by Casino Control Commission regulations. I think that nude or even topless waitresses are also prohibited.
