Why doesn't CVCX permit the user to alter the RC for which the wager is increased for a given penetration level post-sim?

The RC Freq for the penetration levels remain constant so I don't see why this would be a problem.

Can CVData be used to generate optimal departure points for CKO?

CVCX calculates the optimal wagers for CKO. The data required to allow you to change a bet at a RC for one of the decks at every level of overall penetration, post-sim, would be massive.
