Norm Wattenberger: Spanish 21 index generation

CVData now supports Spanish 21 index generation. The upgrade from previous releases of Version 4 is free and available at www.qfit.com/downloads.htm.

This release also supports SP21 hole-carding strategy generation. However, this has not yet been extensively tested.

Gives me a "Page Not Found."

Looking forward to trying it in non-comp-dependent mode, although I suspect comp-dependent is a superior way to generate SP21 indices. It's an 8D game, no real difference between 10,3 vs. 5 and 9,4 vs. 5, but 7,6 vs. 5 is a very different story and I think a general index generation will mix the two cases together and get it wrong.

I'll test out the SP21 HC stuff.

If anyone wants to gather indices for UAPC... don't all jump at once... it would be much appreciated. I'm still having trouble doing it.

Good thing too! UAPC would be a terrible choice of system tags for SP21. 7 is a neutral card and 8 has a slightly higher EOR than the 9.
