    ben: canada by chicago?

Anyone know any good casinos in canada "near" chicago? (or just in the southeast area?) I've just learned to count cards, but I'm 18 (hence, canada), so I want to go to a casino and try to feel things out, watch a couple games, test basic strategy and counting with maybe a hundred dollars, see how things go.

    thanks a lot,

    ben

I couldn't say a whole lot beyond this, but these are the ones I know of:
    Windsor
    Sarnia
    Brantford
    Niagara Falls (2) [Getting far]
There are a few more as you travel more and more north, but Windsor and Sarnia are the closest for you. I'm just learning some of that too so let me know how the tables play!

You need to be 19 to gamble in Windsor, plus you'll need more than $100, the lowest table limit i saw was $10 min bet which doesnt really give you much to play on.

It is nice to be enthusiastic, but I think it is a bad idea. $100 is a very poor bankroll ...even for a $1 game which you will not find.

I suggest you try online blackjack with a bit of bonus hustling to help out in the meantime.

There are some very good games north of you in Wisconsin once you can put together say $1k plus travel expenses.
