    V-Man: Norm CVData V3?

    Norm,
Now that BJA3 pre-orders are being taken, are you planning to release the new CVData V3? Any idea when?

The plan has been to release the same day as BJA3. I might release earlier with a couple of features hidden until BJA3 ships. Might be a good idea since RGE will probably be a madhouse on May 17th

A mid-April release seems like a good idea. What are some of the enhancements over and beyond CV Data 2?

Sorry, I don't normally like to pre-announce as I tend to make lots of adjustments during the beta tests. I will say it's a rather large release.

please include composition-dependent indices with simulations.

Actually, if you could include a way to compute one's advantage at shuffle tracking or ace sequencing that would be superb. That would quite an undertaking probably but that really intrigues me the most.

Any plans to upgrade CVBJ (the game/practice software)? Include 6:5 BJ payoff on CV Data 3 and on CVBJ?

CVBJ V3 supports 6:5 BJ on the Bonuses folder. CVData V3 also supports anything to 10 BJ along with thousands of bonuses.

I have a design for this but probably won't include it in V3. Do you want multiple card or just two-card?

The V3 Beta has real shuffle capability. It will probably make it into the released version. But, no ST or Ace-sequencing. Two problems. One, I'm a bit concerned about making that public. Two, how do you specify how good the player is?

I should have said 6:5 bonus. Thanks for including it.

Just kidding. I refuse to accept the existence of 6:5 BJ.

Understandable. Is there going to be a CVBJ4?

Multiple card if I had to choose. Are you saying that the add-on is available right now? Ummm...sign me up.

I was thinking that you would say that.

I didn't think so. But the list of things I want to add keeps growing and is now long enough for another release. Plus, I have to add most of the stuff I added to CVData. So, I would guess yes.
