    It's an okay game.

Of course, their website doesn't mention that they tend to sweat anything above red action.

Also, unless you visit on a holiday weekend it is highly unlikely that all 20 tables will be open.

The same rules are available at just about any non-downtown casino in Reno - Atlantis, Peppermill, etc.

Las Vegas Rules and betting limits of
    > $3 to $1,000.

In the USA, you can forget all these signs wit table min and max. That the max means , that you can bet like you want is wrong. In Europe, such a sign means, that now heat is coming. Most of the signs are 10- 500, and there is no problem to betspread in that area.

Hey now. I hate to see forums spammed as much as the next guy, but would Boomtown really *want* their casino highlighted here? Do they think that the members are such bad counters that we play negative EV games and would make good business for the casino? I think this group is a preetty tough bunch. If I owned the casino, I sure wouldn't advertise here!

    lol, i don't work there
aren't vegas rules double any, dealer stands on soft 17?
pmill and atl are dealer hits soft 17
(and actually, didn't atl go to the no post system?, you have to actually ask the dealer what the rules at that table are? anybody try to challenge that system? like double down a soft hand and when they say double 10-11 only say where does it say that? seems like if they don't post specific rules you could assume vegas rules, don't know if the gambling board agrees or not)

correct, the old "Downtown Vegas Rules" or "Vegas Strip Rules" were generalities that were true in the past and not all that true anymore.
