brownian bridge: a derivative count system from EBJ2

I found a near EBJ2 unbalanced count system
    count tags from A,2,,,,,8,9,T are
    -1,1,1,1,1,1, 0.5, 0, -0.25, -1
this system will be used as true count mode.
for 6 deck, initial RC starts -6.
