    SCORE = (per-hand win/per-hand s.d.)^2 * 1,000,000.

    If betting optimally, SCORE will be equal to the hourly win, in dollars.

    There are many assumptions as to bankroll and how the game is actually played. I suggest you read Chapter 9 of BJA3 for the complete discussion and explanation.
