I have links in the message box blocked in order to foil spammers. You can still post a link using the "Optional Link URL" and "Optional Link Title" boxes below the message box.

Norm Wattenberger: Re: Q for Don: Effect of DAN not contained in bja3?

That's a rare rule. When it does exist, it is usually in combination with other unusual rules. One of the problems with creating tables based on rule variations is that rules interact. If you want to create tables that look at all combinations of rules, every time you add one rule, you can double the number of stats. Given that there are over 100 rule variations, that makes for a lot of numbers.

For a list of some rule variations, see the below link.

About Blackjack: The Forum

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
