Alexxx: adding one original bet after spitting Aces and before drawing card

in my local casino, there exists one special rule.
you can add one original bet after splitting Aces and before drawing card for each splitted hand.
this game is ENHC. so if DUP is not T or A, it is as same as two hands of 11 doubling down.

how much is the advantage of this special rule?

According to Wong's "Basic BJ," the rule is worth (rounded) 0.1%, but there are also changes in basic strategy. See his pp. 110-111.
