I'm relatively new to the game, as the name implies.

I'm feeling pretty good about my progress with the mechanics of 21. I use the Hi-Lo count with Ill 18 and 20 or so other indices. I now scan the tables to pick up the count as opposed to conspicuously counting each pair of cards, as I did at the beginning.

I have Casino Verite and BJRM to help practice and handle the strategy for my casino visits.

As far as the math end of things, I can only go so far before I'm lost on the theory. I'm middle aged so it's been awhile since school. As far as any classes go, just high school calculus 1.

Does anyone have any books to suggest or any courses that could help me understand more of the theory behind counting?
