privador: Same HILo count-is there any diffrence?

For example HILO count RC is 8
    But one count includes aces
Second same count has zero aces.
Is second count with no aces more valuable than count with aces?
I refer to logic more aces-more BJ-higher EV?

Depends. I guess you're asking if you keep a side-count of aces with Hi-Lo, does that have any value. It has some value for playing decisions but not much for betting, as the ace is already being counted in the primary count.

Tens and aces both count the same in Hi-Lo (-1), but their removal from the pack isn't exactly the same. The EOR for the 10 is -0.51 (assuming certain rules), while that of the ace is -0.58, so, if you knew specifically that your count was achieved with no aces depleted, I suppose that would make the RC worth a little more, for betting purposes, but not much.
