    I can't tell if you are asking Don or Angela, but if responding to Angela it seems plain what the 'catch' is. She can keep her $100K BR on the sideline earning 5% ... and if I undertand her right, pick up 'every month like 2K' if she 'spent the time' with 'my partner' and not playing.

    I see plenty of risk. I'd be getting my 'every month like 2K' paid in advance on the first if it were me. Mr. Partner Man seems a little domineering as well as short sighted.

    Personally, if she is any good, I think I'd play, deal with the flux, and not be beholden to partner dude.

    The first book on gambling I ever read described the professional gambler as "beholden to no man". That's what got me interested. I agree, play and deal, your freedom is priceless.
