In the KO book it gives the indicies for 6D S17 but not for 6D H17. I have not been able to find them anywhere. Does anyone out there know where I can get them? Thanks for any help.

Norm's CVData will generate them, and BJRM has the I18 values.

They are the same. If you're using more than one set of indices for all games, then you may be using a good system, but it is not KO Preferred, a key part of which is the reduced, rounded strategy matrix.

Remember, you picked the system in the first place because of its simplicity.
