    Aaron: TEAM PLAY - HELP

Hello people, Im in the UK and a post graduate at a unviersity and have just started a casino night where we play mainly blackjack etc. I have just met a counter from the states who is over here for a couple of years, and we would like to start up a team. I have also bought blackjack blueprint for a team. However the counter I have met uses a hi lo count where I use the level 2 Omega count, would it be best for me to change to hi lo ? as I doubt you could have people using different counts on a team.

There's no problem using different counts. You won't be playing at the same tables, I don't suppose, so you each do your thing separately.

The only question may come as to how each participates in the profits. There are many ways to do this, and one of them might adjust for the fact that you play a higher-level system, with greater profit potential. By the way, I discuss this in a brand-new chapter for BJA3 that I think everyone will find most informative and entertaining, as well.

If you are a Green Chip member at BJ21.com, DD' has posted an EXCEL spreadsheet you might find helpful in fashioning your payout schedule.

I have not seen it personally, but based on the high quality of his posts, it no doubt is well thought out and could be very beneficial.

    Good luck.
