RPC is one the the best strategies for shoes around. One slight problem, the indexes in the book are for single deck. But, they still work well.

And, of course, don't forget that the "plus-minus" is simply the most popular card-counting system of all-time, otherwise known as hi-lo!

The strategies are so effective it made the author say something like, "You can make more money in blackjack, than anything else I know."

Of course, the book was written well before the 90s dot-com craze.
