Jon: What are the pros/cons of T-H Basic Stategy?

I'm a newbie just starting to learn the KO system. I've seen some posts about the T-H basic strategy being superior to the KO BS, and am wondering which BS I should commit to memory, and why.

T-H basic strategy is inferior to standard basic strategy if you are flat betting. If you bet according to the count, then T-H basic strategy is better.

T-H basic strategy provides a way to gain EV through strategy without learning any indices. If you wish to play perfectly, learn regular basic strategy and a lot of indices.
