How to equate your performance and accuracy in Casino Verite to real play?

Does anyone know how I can equate my performance based on the drills and game to determine how I will do in live blackjack? If I can play ten shoes without making any mistake in Casino Verite how will that determine to how I will perform in live blackjack that is taking into account the distractions?

I've been on verite alot the passed month and I would say if you talk and watch TV loudly as you play those 10 shoes then probably pretty good. Especially if you turn the speed up lol

This might sound funny but I listen to loud music AND shake my head side to side while practicing BJ/counting. The noise distracts you and the head-shaking tests your concentration.
