    jclind82: Iowa BJ

I just moved to Cedar Rapids,IA from Minnesota and have been scouting out the casinos in the area. While there is some superb 6 deck (5.0/6), I really prefer 2 or 4 deck. The info in CBJN is extremely outdated, and I am trying to find some places to play with good conditions. There is 2 deck at both Tama and Clinton, but both are poor rules and poor conditions (1.0/2). Does anyone know of any good games within a 4 or 5 hour drive? Any input is greatly appreciated.

The Horseshoe in Council Bluffs has the only 2 deck game that I know of in Iowa, buts the table min is $50, and is usually only open on weekends.

The only other place I know of is in KC, the Ameristar down there had a bunch of 2-deck games, raning from $10 mins to $25, but its been almost a year and half since I was down there, so I do not know if they have changed.

I play in CB mostly, so you can e-mail me, and I will shoot you some conditions about that place.

    Dog Hand: Clinton DD Gone

    jclind82,

I visited the Mississippi Belle II in Clinton last October, and was informed that their DD game disappeared long before that.

I was there last Sunday and played one shoe of DD (or should I say HALF shoe). Even though their game has reappeared, its nothing to get excited about. Thanks for the input nonetheless.
