Tropicana Entertainment announced that it sold River Palms to M1 Gaming, subject to approval of Nevada gaming regulators. M1, which is headed by former Station Casinos gaming executive Dean DiLullo, currently owns Boomtown Casino in Reno and Reserve Casino in Central City, CO, and plans to "make a significant investment in the property and in the Laughlin market."
