CaptainNemo: How to Detect a Dealer Dealing Seconds?

I have been playing Blackjack in a foreign country with little or no oversight by gambling authorities and I suspect the dealers might be dealing seconds from the 6d shoe.

Often the dealers do a double pass to pull the card out of the shoe. Their hand reaches to pull the card out of the shoe and does not pull the card out, then the dealer reaches again and pulls out the card.

Any similar experiences from players here in the forum?

I believe I came across dealing seconds at Korea, Prague, and Colombia so far. The cheating dealers need knowing next card which was usually by markings in card backs thus the dealers place their hands on card backs feeling the markings. Some time another dealer orit boss stand beside seeing next card and signal dealers by feet. I had my partner watching exclusively on dealer hand movements stopping their second dealings twice and won back my money.

Why the hell would you elect to play under those conditions? It's worse than a preferential shuffling game!

A dealor dealing seconds is definitely a negative EV game. I became suspicious after a series of losing streaks and when several dealors would repeatedly do a double pass to pull out cards from the shoe.

I still am not 100% sure the dealors are dealing seconds. The casino is very professional and opens the table showing the front and back sides of all 312 cards. I did not see any markings or impressions on the cards.

A pit boss stands at an angle seeing next card and kick the dealer when dealing seconds at a Korean casino at Jeju Island.
