Little bearing in shoes. Not no bearing. A larger effect with numerous indexes. The CVCX SCOREs are different. Which is way I spent days running one and four players.

It means that the other rules that you have set will be used to determine the bet.

Not easily. Only way I can think of doing this is to set up player and dealer custom bonuses for hands of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 cards. This will provide the ability to add up the total number of cards dealt. Divide by number of shoes.
