Sorry if it's a bit late but here it goes:

There are 2 casinos:

1) Casino Puerto Madero, a riverboat casino, very near downtown, with 6D S17 DOA DAS ENHC. The high limit tables have all CSM and there are 4 low limit tables with shoes (about USD 50 the biggest bet) with penetration 75% or better.

2) Trilenium Casino, in Tigre, 45 minutes from downtown. 8D S17 D10 NDAS NHC(OBO), tied blackjacks are paid 50% and if you split 10s or As and get 21 with 2 cards you're paid as a BJ. Penetration 6.5-7/8. Don't know the limits.
