    A new Las Vegas arena, casino and hotel to be built just south of the airport. Good location for an arena: near an international airport, at the intersection of Interstate 15 and I-215, and adjacent to the planned Brightline West high speed rail station with trains traveling from Los Angeles at up to 180 mph.
