• Hard Rock casinos in or near NYC?

    Hard Rock is talking about building two casinos around New York City, possibly in the city and at Meadowlands. This is far more likely a possibility than in the past, and the casinos could be huge given the markets. But, the legal obstacles are still very difficult. New Jerseyites don't want a casino in northern Jersey and Manhattanites don't want one in Manhattan.

      Plenty of room on Staten Island, assuming they can put in a good enough air filtration system

      And they can work out a deal to use comps for the bridge tolls.
