• Philly's second casino

Only took sixteen years after authorization for Philadelphia top open its second casino. That won't help Atlantic City.

I guess NYC should have such a casino too. If people have the convenience of gambling in big cities, they would not travel to Atlantic City and Las Vegas anymore.

      That won't happen soon.

The stadium area of Philly is really an ugly area. NYC could emulate this by building a Fresh Kills Resort and Casino on Staten Island. Plenty of swamp and garbage smell available.

They had something on the felt on the blackjack tables that I have never seen before. It said "Dealers up card comes between player's first and second cards." Spacious casino, high limits. Friday night was BJ with a lot of CSM's (boo-hoo) 25 dollar minimum. Some 8 deck shoe games with 25 dollar minimum. I did not see any 6 deck games on the floor. I assume the high limit area was 100 dollar minimum. Something I have never seen was: 50 dollar minimum crap tables, nothing lower.

Well, yes, it's unusual to see the house policy for dealing spelled out on the felt, but, of course, there's nothing strange about dealing in that manner.
