Which game is better for my situation?

Hi, before I get started I want to say that heat is not much of a factor at my target casino and making the most (getting as much ev for a little risk) is my priority.
Recently I hit a few bad runs that really put a dent in my bankroll, so I'm looking for alternative games to reduce my risk.

The comparison is between a DD and 6D
both have the rules of H17, DAS, OBO, NS, no limit on amount of replits except aces (standard rule of no hit on split As)

the DD has 50% pen, double only on 9, 10, 11. You can spread fairly large, but I won't be able to b/c of bankroll considerations
the 6D has 83% pen, double on any. You can reasonably spread 1-16 on just one hand.

I'll wong in and out of the DD. Again, heat isn't really an issue here. I've walked to the table w/ only a few min bets, and gave off the appearance of a gambler waiting for the right moment for a comeback. Plus the casino is pretty low heat in general.

The 6D, I'll wong out but won't wong in.

Should I stick to the 6D or move to the DD?

I'll answer any questions to explain the situation better.

    Thanks in advance!

Thats a pretty awful DD game. I'd take the 6 decker and pound away. Not worth risking any additional exposure on that DD.

I had a feeling that was the case. Is it still the case even if I intend to only play +2TC? Thanks

Yeah, that DD is unplayable. Even if you had the ability to double on any first two cards, 50% pen just can't be cracked to make any reasonable amount of money.

Also, spread your tactics around on the 6 decker. Wonging in is nice and low risk (relatively speaking) if you have a small roll. I would add that in along with religiously wonging out at -1 if you start from the top.

what if you can spread 1-20 on the 50 %?

This 50% DD game is best ignored. Don't wong it, don't spread 1-20 on it, just ignore it. That 6 deck game is decent.

I'm not sure how many people have a casino where they can do that w/o bring down serious heat. But for my situation, say you could (there's a chance you can), I definitely don't have enough to be spreading from $25 to $500. Even flat betting would be enough to leave me broke soon enough.

The 6D game is vastly better than the double deck game in this case.

You never seen it doesnt mean its not there. Of course the 6d game is the choice without a doubt . I am just saying dont just think conventional all the time.
