Optimal way of playing this promotion?

The casino in question is offering a promotion of a $10 match play in addition to the 3:2 payout on all suited blackjacks with a minimum bet of $10. You can play up to three spots.

I'm wondering what the optimal bet would be to make this game playable and what the advantage (if any) would be if you were to flat bet it. The game is 6 deck H17, DAS, NRA, no surrender.

    Thanks!

The odds for getting a suited BJ is about every 88 hands, so about one per hour per hand. The match play is only worth $5 - $9 depending on the what games you can play them on. The game sounds pretty crappy with a .61% house edge. You will lose around $5.37 for every 88 hands if you were flat betting $10 per hand.

This would bring the house edge to about 0%. Depending on the penetration and your ability to spread for a long period of time it could be worth it. If you can play the match play on the inside on the roulette wheel you will make about $4/ hr per hand.

Don't judge a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes, by then you are a mile away and have his shoes.

    I don't understand how a $10 match play can be worth $9.
Shouldn't its value be slightly less than $5 since your chance of winning any bet is less than 50% and you can only use it once?
I don't play roulette, but are you saying you can make $9 on a $10 match play? Can you explain?
