is the old COO of Revel.
This is how it really is. Financial mismanagement due to a lack of accountability occurs when you have your top brass all with employment contracts for a few years. Win or lose, they move on to the next gig. This is the story of Trump Plaza and others and how they came undone. Management changed around several times over the years and any poor performance was attributed to the previous management and by the time the new management has a complete FUBAR on their hands, they are moving on with no sentiment toward the organization and only focusing on their own asses personally. A new management team moves in and any problems are attributed to the old regime, taking the heat off and providing a smokescreen as far as accountability until it's time for them to move on also. The general consensus of the middle management that have been there since day one without any employment contract is that these people truly don't care about the company's interests and only how they look and make out on the deal personally.
Does what happens at Revel stay at Revel? No! The same brilliant management techniques will move on to SLS. He has an employment contract so what does he care?!Hahahahaha

You have to factor in that Revel was "under water" before they even opened their doors due to the bad luck of timing with regard to the 2008 recession.
